Step-by-Step Complaint Redressal Procedure
The Internal Complaints Committee (ICC) follows a structured and time-bound process to ensure every grievance is handled with fairness, sensitivity, and absolute confidentiality.
Submission
Complainant visits the ICC portal and fills out the secure form with incident details and evidence.
Registration
Complaint is stored securely, and a unique Case ID is generated for tracking purposes.
Acknowledgement
Student receives an acknowledgement. Case status is set to 🟡 Pending.
Committee Review
ICC members review the complaint, verify details, and assign it to the responsible authority.
Investigation
The committee collects evidence, conducts interviews, and maintains strict confidentiality.
Action Taken
